By downloading, installing or using Organizy (the "App") — the app for iPhone or its web version — you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Organizy is a personal planner. It uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to turn your notes, photos of documents and schedules into organized plans — stages, a daily schedule, events, tasks, budget, metrics and contacts — for any area of life: travel, training, projects, home, events, health and more.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, legal counsel, financial advice or any other professional service. It is an organizing tool, not a substitute for qualified specialists.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 if you live in the European Union) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App uses AI to process what you send and to build plans. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information. Check numbers, dates, doses and any other facts against the original source before you act on them.
The App is not a medical device, not a medical service and not a medical adviser. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, treatment or medication. For legal, financial or other professional matters, consult an appropriate licensed specialist.
You keep all rights to the content you submit to the App (photos, text, plans). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content only to provide the service to you, including sending it to Anthropic's API for AI processing.
If you turn on "Help improve Organizy" or report a problem with an AI reply, you also allow us to review that content as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.
The App, its design, source code and trademarks belong to us. These Terms give you no rights except the license in section 4.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR HEALTH OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION BY A QUALIFIED SPECIALIST.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or, if you paid nothing, twenty (20) US dollars.
You may stop using the App at any time. To remove your data as well, delete your account in the App: Profile → Delete account.
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. We tell you about significant changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where you live, to the extent permitted. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith by writing to us at the address below.
