Organizy is a planner: you send it text, photos and files, and it builds a plan — a schedule, events, tasks, contacts. This policy explains what data that involves, where it goes and what we promise. It covers the Organizy app for iPhone and its web version.
What we collect
- Your account. Organizy works with an account (email, Apple or Google). We keep the email address your sign-in method gives us.
- What you send to the chat. Text, photos and files you send, and the AI's replies.
- Your plans. Stages, schedule, events, tasks, budget, metrics, contacts and notes, with your ticks and settings.
- Usage statistics. What happens in the app, without its content: for example, that a plan was created, an AI request was made, a screen was opened or reminders were turned on; the app and interface language; counts and sizes, such as how many photos a request had, how long it took and how much AI processing it used; error codes. Statistics never include the text of your plans or chats, your photos or your contacts.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, your location or your contact list, and we do not track you across other apps and websites.
How we use it
- To build and change your plans. What you send to the chat goes through our server (Cloudflare Workers) to Anthropic's Claude API, which returns the plan or the change. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, they do not train models on this data. Our server does not store what passes through it; its logs hold only technical counters and error codes.
- To keep your plans with you. Plans, chat history and settings are stored on your device and in our cloud database (Supabase), so they are there on a new device and on the web. Photos from the chat are kept in private storage and shown through links that expire in about an hour. Each account can reach only its own data.
- To improve the app. Usage statistics show us where the app fails, which parts people use and what the AI costs. We also count what kinds of plans are created, such as "travel" or "health"; these counts are not linked to anyone's account.
- Reminders and calendar. Reminders are scheduled on your device. If you add a plan to your calendar, the app writes its entries to the calendar on your device; we never receive your calendar.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except the services below, which process it on our behalf.
Help improve Organizy
- In Profile you can turn on "Help improve Organizy". It is off unless you turn it on, and the app works fully either way.
- While it is on, the developer may review your chat messages, photos, plans and the AI's replies to find and fix the AI's mistakes, and may turn them into test examples with names and other identifying details removed or changed.
- Your plans may contain health information. Turning the setting on is your explicit consent to this review. You can withdraw it at any time by turning the setting off.
- You can also report a problem with a single AI reply. Only when you send a report does that conversation — its messages, photos and the plan — go to the developer.
- What is kept for review is seen only by the developer and is not used to train AI models. It is deleted within 30 days after you turn the setting off, and in any case after 12 months.

Your choices
- Delete your account. Profile → Delete account removes the account with your plans, chat history, photos and usage statistics from the cloud, and clears the data on this device.
- Sign out. Profile → Sign out keeps the data on this device and stops syncing it.
- Get a copy of your data. Not in the app yet — write to hello@organizy.org.
- Withdraw consent. Turn off "Help improve Organizy" at any time, or delete your account.
How long we keep data
- On your device: until you delete the app or your account.
- In the cloud: until you delete your account; after that it is removed within 30 days.
- Usage statistics: up to 2 years, or until you delete your account. The counts of plan kinds identify no one and may be kept longer.
- Material kept for review: as described in "Help improve Organizy".
- Our AI server and Anthropic: only for the length of a request.
Children
Organizy is not meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their data.
Not medical advice
Organizy is an organizer, not a medical device or service. It does not give medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Always check with a qualified specialist before acting on a plan that affects your health or safety.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. We tell you about significant changes in the app.
